Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
We strive to provide exceptional products and customer service. However, we understand that disputes may arise from time to time. This dispute policy outlines the procedures for resolving disputes between Jama Roots LLC and our customers.
Contact Customer Support – In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact our support team as soon as possible. Our team will make every effort to address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution.
Mediation – If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation with a neutral third party.
Binding Arbitration – If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered by a neutral third party under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding, with no further recourse to litigation or court proceedings.
No Class Actions – You and Jama Roots LLC waive any right to bring or participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This includes any claims arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or your use of our products.
Waiver of Jury Trial – Both parties waive any right to a trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.
Severability – If any provision of this dispute policy is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
